Stix Play

Stix Play!

“Watch me, I did it!” is the most common phrase we hear in these workshops.

This ancient activity involves juggling with two handles and a baton. Native American's, the dynasty-ruled Chinese, and others used them for the same reasons we're doing it: Stix juggling stimulates cross-brain development, improves balance, concentration, and coordination.

Individual play, partner play, and group games are included with this research-based program. There are infinite opportunities for self expression using learned skills and tricks as well as creating your own.

Used in more than 3,500 programs nationwide, our curricula meets national standards and it is always a huge hit with kids, teachers, parents, and principals.

Rhonda Holt, the National Elementary PE Teacher of 2000, points out how this activity levels the playing field so that both athletes and non-athletes experience success. Stix play is gender neutral and non-competitive, while still providing a life time of challenge to master.
